Panic Attacks

I know it's kind of inappropriate to blog so frequent haha
But anyways I think I'm kind of suffering from panic attack, I mean KIND OF
I'm pretty sure is not because of exam haha
My heart will be beating really fast all of sudden
Hmm am I having any mental disease??

I've heard of people who has panic attack will cry for the whole night but it just didn't happen to me
But my hand did shake though:D

It only happen during late night
so I consider it as a side effect of staying up late plus getting insufficient sleep
